Lake Forest

I recently moved in, and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and caring the people who work there were to me.

The complex is beautiful, and the maintenance staff are always friendly and efficient, but the office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. It seems like they all hate their lives and are determined to make everyone else miserable. They have gone through a ton of staff members in the past year that I have lived here but Nellie, who's the worst, just keeps sticking around.

I'm sure it's no one's dream to work in an apartment complex but jesus you could act like you're here to assist us… rather than be incredibly rude every time someone walks into the office. Read More

Horrible place to live When it rains, there is a giant lake you have to drive through to get out. (Maybe that’s why it’s called Lake Forest?) I’ve had all sorts of maintenance issues that they haven’t even fixed. I have lived her for a year and a half and can’t wait to move.

When you first meet these people everything is great, then once you sign that lease that’s like somebody flipped the light switch in all the bugs came out. they don’t have access to washers and dryer‘s for in unit use because they’re on “back order” since March of last year(2020). The maintenance staff sucks. they practically don’t fix anything and good luck getting your work order done, I’ve had one in since October 2020 that’s still has yet to be fixed.
