Landlord doesn't want fix anything. Neighbors associated with drugs. I've never been so unhappy somewhere.

Studio Apartment in Downtown Delray, close to beach
On July 17, 2012, Delray Beach was named the Most Fun Small Town in America according to Rand McNally and USA Today.
I have a studio in this older & quaint complex with a pool and lounge area.
It has a full bathroom, nice kitchen and is very spacious. There are all types of restaurants within walking distance and there is always something going on in Downtown Delray on Atlantic Avenue. There is so much to do, see and the people are great! A little piece of heaven. :)
