My family and I are very comfortable living at The Franklin for the past six years. It’s a very nice community. The administration and staff are all professionals with warm personalities. The area is perfect for people like us who do not drive as we are within walking distance to the pharmacy and supermarket..

Laurie and Ellen in the Leasing Office, along with the Maintenance Team have always been Awesome, Patient, Kind, Professional and Extremely Helpful. Inasmuch as The Franklin being a great community, it is located very close to everything I need including the Beach and of course Downtown Delray. Kudos to a great Team!

I have lived at The Franklin for 4 years now! My experience at The Franklin has been great! The location is amazing, so close to the beach and all your shopping needs. Additionally, the place is kept up so well. I love the pool! Lastly, any maintenance issues I have had over the past 4 years have all been taken care of, they have a great team for that; headed up by the amazing Ron! . I am very happy with my experience here overall!
