Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. This is a 3rd-floor condo with no elevator access, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are not permitted. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 pm sharp, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. The HOA does not permit pets at any time. If air conditioning issues are caused by the guest freezing the unit with the temperature set below 70 degrees, the guest is responsible for repairs.
