Experience
My girlfriend and I moved into the Flats November of 2022. During our initial meeting to discuss floorplans and prices, we met with Carlos who was extremely helpful! He discussed the process in detail which eased us due to the short amount of time we had move from our old apartment. We made the ultimate decision to move into the FLATS and were pleased with the service provided by Carlos, Lauren, and Vanessa !
Even months after moving, we can always count on Carlos, Lauren and Vanessa for all... questions, comments and concerns !
Thank you to the Flats Staff !

Expensive and noisy
I lived here and could not bare the noise from the plaza. Constant music playing up until 3am, people screaming, insane noise from cars and motorbikes. Parking garage is a mess on weekends due to traffic from the plaza.

Worst year of my life
Worst year of my life... Very very expensive for services and mostly the noise. The martini bar put their music until 3 am during the week, we called a lot of times the manager and nothing was done. there is a fountain show all hours of 7am at 11pm, 7days a week... Dogs bark incessantly all day and sometimes the night. I sender multiple emails with videos proofs but nothing was made. it was unbearable.
I regret my choice with this pseudo « luxury » residence, I lived here during 12 months,... it was enough... it s the worst apartment I never had.
I will never recommend this residence except for people who want to party 7 days a week and do not care about the perpetual noise.
The pool was out of services during 3 months, same thing for the jacuzzi but no discount made on our rents.
You can use the grills at the pool only until 5 pm never after they are locked even with a check caution.
The lounge dining area is no open until 9pm /7days instead of 11 pm.
The personnel of this luxury residence doesn’t t care about people’s complainants only friendly people.
