Miro Brickell

I love living at the MIro Brickell. It is close to all the action, yet far enough that it is quiet. They just redid the lobby and it looks beautiful. The front office staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Great place to live!

Don't move in here. The place is run down, zero security, amenities are not up to par, management does not care whatsoever-they make no attempt to make their residents feel heard or instill confidence. Many current residents are moving out due to their poor management.

I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to move to Miro. It once was a very nice place to live and reside in, however, ever since the old management left and a new one has taken over, it has gone downhill from there. For one, the fire alarms go off pretty much every day, multiple times a day. Sometimes early in the morning, making work from home impossible and sometimes late at night when one is trying to get some sleep. The package is a mess, making it impossible to find anything. TVs from the common… area and equipment from the gym has been stolen and not replaced for months now. The garage door always seems to be broken as well. With rent pricing increased dramatically, we fail to see the concierge benefit that was promised. There currently has not been a concierge for the past 6 months, forcing residents to have to go down to receive a delivery or guests. Lastly, and probably the most concerning, it seems like law enforcements are always outside the building during the weekends due to some other issue that has occurred, making safety a concern. I recently moved into Miro Brickell, and it has been a great experience. The person who moved out of my room before me left the room unlivable (carpet was covered in pee stains, walls were scuffed up, smoke damage throughout the room, it was disturbing). Thankfully the management team went above and beyond to clean the room and organize painters, carpet replacement, and professional cleaners within 1 week of this woman moving out. Maira especially has been awesome!! I would 100% recommend this… building, do not believe the review stating they “followed instructions” and were still charged.
