Love the location of this property. Right next to downtown Dunedin. Fireworks in your backyard from the ball field. Office staff is so friendly. Aleasha, Angela & Bernadette. Gwen who takes care of the grounds is so Friendly and does a great job as well. Larry maintenance quick and prompt on any work orders / needs and always saying hey passing by. I know the names of all listed because how friendly and helpful the staff is. Property does something for residents almost once a a month. Donuts ,... cookies , plants. I have never rented from an engaging apartment like this one. Neighbors near are all quiet and to themselves. The price is great for the area. Older apartments but the upgrades are a nice touch. Front office and maintenance people are nice.

Be prepared for nearly 200.00 in additional fees for water, sewer, trash, gas, common area electric, pest control, pet rent, and (2) random "service" fees. I did not feel well informed regarding how much these fees would add to the monthly so I want to make sure others are aware.

The property is well managed and the location is great so in the end it might be worth it but I really think transparency in pricing is more ethical and I'm personally... tired of extra fees.

This place is in my top 2 of places we looked at. Met a very nice maintenance guy Travis that probably pushed us closer as he seemed very knowledgeable and was down to earth and super nice. It’s hard to find a truly friendly maintenance person. Grounds were great and very nice place and meeting Travis really put it over the top

Just moved in last week to these apartments. Couldn't have been happier with all the accommodations Aleasha made for my move. Maintenance took care of the few needs I had immediately and within 20min. The location is absolutely perfect Couldn't be happier thanks guys

Dunedin is a great little community and the Promenade at Edgewater is located close to everything. Some of the apartments have been remodeled and some are still waiting to be remodeled. The staff at the office (Aleasha & Samantha) and the maintenance crew (notably Adam!) have been awesome about responding to questions, requests, and any issues that have come up. I love sitting on the screened-in balcony overlooking the ponds and watching the ducks and birds. The apartments are quiet and... peaceful and spacious - and comfortable with central air and affordable electric bills due to the construction. You should definitely come take a tour! Read More
