Anyone who comes to visit Scottish Towers and my apartment can not believe that this place exists. It is really paradise. Drive out back and get out of the car and walk out to the dock and the view is extraordinary and it’s all yours! I hear no one inside my apartment and the property is well taken care of. I moved in in 12/25 and am very happy and very safe here.

I moved here in March from NY. I’m very happy with this friendly well maintained facility. Management quickly addressed any issues and are always welcoming. I love my unit and the location cannot be beat! With 24/7 on-site maintenance I feel comfortable and safe.

Shout out to the wonderful management team here at Scottish towers II. They went above and beyond making sure that everything was perfect for my move here in Oct. . I've been here for 2 months and absolutely love this place. I came home from work yesterday with a beautiful Poinsettia plant at my front door. I gift from the management team for the holidays. Happy Holidays to you all

I've enjoyed almost 5yrs of happiness at Scottish Towers. I've had a couple of minor issues recently, but each time the matter was quickly addressed & resolved in a pleasant and respectful manner by Gayle (our community manager),Linda (asst. Mgr.) & maintenance. I am very pleased. In times of hurricane or other emergency I feel protected. I love early mornings on our pier and all the colorful flowers. I would like to see more flowers in the outer courtyards. The pool is sparkling with a resort... feel. The location can't be beat. I have no desire to live elsewhere. Thanks Scottish Towers!!

Have lived here for several years and have to caution everyone that it is not as it appears or how they represent themselves. The building is crumbling. Elevators are constantly out of order. Many apartments have leaks and plumbing issues. They claim to have lots of activities but they have very few. Carpeting and flooring is about as cheap as you can get. They won’t show you your apartment until you sign the lease. They will show you a model apartment that they have spent a lot in all sorts of... upgrades - but you have to pay for those upgrades in your place.
Water, sewer, garbage and cable are all additional costs. You don’t just pay for your water - you pay a portion of the entire complex. They have some long term residents who don’t pay for water so you also pay their water usage and their share of the community water (pool, clubhouse, landscaping). The water bills are based on the apartments square footage so a single person in a 2 bedroom pays twice as much as a couple living in a studio.
Finally, when a bad review is written on any site, they ask residents to write a favorable one - and even give them suggested comments to make.
