Blind Pass Beach, known for shelling and fossilized shark teeth, is 2–3 minutes away, while downtown Englewood and Venice, with their dining, boutiques, and farmers markets, are a 15–20 minute drive.
Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional $100 fee each, subject to approval.
