    Clean, Quiet, and Safe

    So I moved in about 2 1/2 years ago with the new management company that now owns it. Its been a smooth transaction so far. It's a great community, conveniently located, and a good value for the size in this area. My Neighbors are friendly and more than willing to help each other. Maintenance generally responds quickly to any requests. Jesus is the on site fella and always helpful. He is also bilingual which was the biggest beneficial factor here.
