Enjoy living here I decided to stay for another lease term!

I have lived here a little over a year now and I am very pleased with my stay. The apartments are clean, close to almost anything you could want with a vast majority of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The club house and pool are always clean, neat, awesome coffee machine and neighbors are respectful of others.

The staff here at the property are probably the best staff I have ever worked with at an apartment complex. Kylee, Sam, Hector and Tim are all amazing people.… They take pride in their work and anytime I have questions or issues, they are very responsive, friendly and care about the wellbeing of their residents. Everything is clean and always taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone is great to talk with.

I am happy to say that I will be renewing my lease for another term.

The Station

The Station is my Home, the staff in leasing was so easy to work with and got me right where I needed to be with a few simple steps. Come be my neighbor. It’s a great place to live!

The People Make The Difference!

The Station on Fleming Island is a really great community to live in! It’s club house is very inviting and the gym is so well equipped (even with lessons/classes)and has a yoga room! We have cozy hammocks perfect for a nice relaxing afternoon and there’s still more to come with the pool and bbq area to open. There are SMART features with our apartment that make easy living really easy! But, the best part for me is the people that work here! We love our maintenance manager, Hector and his… assistant, David! These guys are so reliable and you really feel in good hands with them. They really want you to feel taken care of. And then there’s our assistant manager, Shayla. She is awesome all around! Patient, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and so very intuitive to the needs of our family. If I could have her manage every home we ever live in, I would feel safe, comfortable, and secure 24/7.

love this place

Brand new very cosy apartment, everything is very modern and clean. Close to main streets without the noise, close to parks, and has a huge pet area. Highly recommend, it’s beautiful we love it.
