No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check-out is at 11 AM.
