No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors closed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, and there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM.
