Welcome to your perfect getaway in Fort Lauderdale! This beautifully renovated home features a luxury backyard for entertaining, providing the ideal space to create lasting memories. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and various coffee makers. The living room boasts a 75" smart TV, large plush sofa, and an open floor plan connecting the kitchen and dining area. The spectacular resort-style backyard includes a heated private pool, hot tub, outdoor patio and dining, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with TV, and poolside loungers.
The heated pool fee is $100 per night. Parking is available for 3 cars max, with 1 space in the garage and 2 in the driveway. We provide a cooler, an extra ice machine, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, and we recommend heating it between October to May each year. The partner requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

Quiet hours are after 10 pm to respect the neighbors, who are full-time residents. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, so swim at your own risk. Parents are advised to utilize the door and window alarms leading to the pool area for child safety. There is one security camera above the garage to monitor the cleaning team. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
Includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
