The building is great, Roger the leasing agent is better
All the amenities you could ask for. Great location, great sized unit, gym is insane, pool is beautiful. They even have a sauna and steam room. But the best part about the tour was the leasing agent, Roger. Super informative, not pushy at all and ridiculously friendly. He was the icing on the cake when i decided to pick my new apartment.

Living here is a no brainer
Leasing process was seamless, the building is absolutely stunning. So many amenities and are all well kept. It's easily the best building in Las Olas. You don't need to waste your time touring other buildings like I did. When I walked into the lobby it was the easiest decision to live here

Amazing Apartment & Leasing Office
Kat was super friendly and patient with my decision on my new home. She followed up and answered all my questions very quickly and made my move in process super easy! Aside from that, the amenities are beautiful. The gym is the biggest one in Las Olas and the pool always has sunshine. Thanks Kat for finding my dream apartment!
