Great place to live!

The staff is great! The manager Jessica really cares and they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance is quick and Phil is so awesome. The grounds are always clean and they do the best they can do with the parking situation. As long as you follow the rules, it's fine. I will live here until I am ready to buy a house and would recommend this place to friends.

New resident Unhappy!!!

Firstly from the first week i moved in my car was keyed over at blu. There was absolutely no help from the leasing office they said that not my problem and even told me it sound domestic. As if that wasn’t bad enough they towed my guest car with no warnings! There is NOT EVEN a tow away sign ! RIDICULOUS!!! Stay away .

We're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. We do tell all residents at move in that all guest vehicles must be registered to park on the property. We also do advise on our resident portal of the instructions on… how to register your guest and it is on set on the home page as a reminder. We are sorry that you had this experience, however to make sure that all of our residents living at Blu have a place to park when they arrive home, we must monitor the parking and all guests need to be registered to be on site. If you need clarification of this policy, please let the leasing office know and we can send you out the information again. Falling short of meeting your expectations is not to the standards we strive to achieve, and we humbly ask for the opportunity to make this right. Thank you providing this information so we can improve upon our services. We hope to hear from you soon.

Best Place to live in Fort Lauderdale

I've been living at the Blu on Marina Mile Blu Apartments for three years now. Its a very peaceful and quiet resort style living. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the resident are kind and respectful as well. I will continue to renew my lease at the Blu on Marina mile because there is no other leasing apartments that I've experience with such great love and care for residence as the Blu.
Mary the leasing office manager is always ready to help with any concern the I may have. I… have recommended a few co workers (RNurses) to live at the blu and they have really enjoyed their experience.

Tow happy...

They tow vehicles with expired registration.
Not actually confirming if the car is current.
They tow if you have notified the office you are having an issue with getting registered but will have it worked out in a few weeks. The most heartless thing they do is tow on Christmas Eve, Eve.

Love love love it here

So, my roommate and I have lived here for about 6 months and we love it. Our apartment is practically brand new and everyone always compliments how nice our building is. The price is great and the location is perfect. Also, Suzanne, the property manager is fantastic. She is always so very sweet and very attentive to residents issues. Could not ask for a better living environment. Keep up the great work guys.
