MOTIF AT FLAGLER VILLAGE

I lived at Motif for 3 years, and it has steadily gone downhill. It's marketed as a luxury community, but the reality is overflowing trash, dirty hallways, stained carpets, poorly maintained grounds, and common areas that often look neglected.
Resident behavior is rarely enforced. The pool is regularly left trashed, the gym gets taken over by people blasting music, and common areas are treated with little respect.
Package management is terrible. Packages are returned without authorization if not... picked up quickly, and missing or stolen packages are a frequent complaint.
Safety is another concern. Homeless individuals, used needles, theft, and a constant police presence became common sights. Management is unprofessional, aggressive, and quick to charge fees while making billing mistakes of their own.
Be careful with the advertised rent. Additional fees add up quickly, and don't expect to get your deposits back without a fight. After 3 years here, I would not recommend Motif to anyone looking for a luxury building or a place to feel safe. Read More

Beware of Misleading Displays of Kindness and Care Before Committing to a Lease!

The property lacks safety and cleanliness. I see trash and homelessness around the property on a daily basis.

My experience living here has been disappointing, and I strongly encourage FPI Management to undertake necessary changes before the current management further diminishes what was once a lovely property.

Jessie and Stephanie are beyond amazing! Motif keeps the property very clean and organized. The maintenance team is phenomenal as well. The amenities are always pristine, gym is extremely nice and big. If you like to swim, you will love the pool at Motif. Again, the customer service from Jessie and Stephanie are top level, and they do an amazing job of taking care of residents; these two made our experience at Motif exceptional and cant thank them enough.

Layce, the Manager, is EXCELLENT. The Leasing Office is welcoming, cordial and makes you feel like you belong at Motif.
From Management to Maintenance, I have been treated like family.
Motif is close to downtown, shopping, dining and the Arts.
I am 75 and moved from Condo and have not regretted it. Motif feels like HOME.

Long time residents been here 3 and a 1/2 years. On our fourth year, we love it resort style living greatest location. Being realtors, there are 3 bedroom town houses here. If you sold your house and want a nice, neat great place to live with walking distance everywhere. This is where you need to come. The staff is courteous the maintenance people are quick.
