dure dos anos viviendo alla, limpian algunos pasillos otros no, son SUMAMENTE DESCORTES Y MAL EDUCADOS cuando se pregunta algo o se pedia alguna ayuda, te mandan a callar y demas, una gran decepcion.

Pésimo lugar
Te prometen muchas cosas pero después de firmar contrato todo es un problema, horrible lugar lleno de droga,excremento de perros, problemas de estacionamiento,las señoras que trabajan no sirven para nada, por favor aléjate de ese lugar

Don't do it.
Palmetto Place is TRASH. They are they next Belle Glade work camp. Parking is horrible. You will NEVER park close to your apartment. Neighbors have late night parties whose guests can take your parking spot. At 1:00am a drug dealer drives through because the gates are wide open for anyone to enter

TERRIBLE apartment complex.
This place is a JOKE. Recently we got notices that we will have to pay for water and even more trash fees. I have been renting for 10 years and I have never heard of being charged for water?! The only time paying water is when you own a home...it makes no sense. It's true insanity. On top of that your rent gets raised every year you live here. YEAH. They charge you 150 more when you renew your lease. How do they even make sense of that in their minds? It makes my family extremely stressed out... knowing that our rent will be raised for absolutely no reason. This place takes complete advantage of families trying to live here in Kendall. I am extremely disappointed in the uncalled for and excessive charges being places on the residents. Do NOT move here. Unless you want to be taken advantage of and constantly stressed out about different fee notices on your door every day.
