3 años sin problema hasta que cambio administración
Viví en este condominio durante tres años sin ningún problema. Todo cambió después de comprar un vehículo nuevo. La administración insistió en que era un vehículo comercial cuando no lo era e incluso llamaron a una grúa para retirarlo.
Un mes antes del vencimiento del contrato nos informaron que no lo renovarían. Por la urgencia, alquilamos otra vivienda, pero luego nos dijeron que éramos nosotros quienes estábamos terminando el contrato, lo que nos obligó a pagar dos alquileres al mismo tiempo… durante un mes y medio.
Mi experiencia fue de poca transparencia, mala comunicación y un trato injusto por parte de la administración. Después de tres años como residentes, esperaba un manejo mucho más profesional y respetuoso.Review from Apartments.com
