Nice apartment in a not so nice neighborhood

Well maintained, with nice sized bedrooms, neutral colors. Some apartments have been nicely updated, others still have original kitchen cabinets from the 70s. It seems they only update apartments in between tenants, so longtime tenants get stuck with aging appliances and worn out carpeting. Conscientious owner and friendly management. They try hard but are trying to provide a nicer apartment complex located in the center of a declining neighborhood.

Hello. I live in a 5 apartment building. The building is in horrible condition. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The land lord gives a very hard time about fixing anything. I live here with my dad and brother. One of the rooms is very large while the other is he opposite. The bathroom is in bad condition with molded walls and very rusted pipes. The sink and tub clog often. The sink leaks which cause the bottom cabinet to rot. The whole apartment is in need of a complete make over
