I have lived in this community since it was Greentree Apartments, and I can confidently say it’s a quiet and convenient place to call home. Since new management took over, I've noticed significant improvements throughout the property. They quickly enhanced the exterior and initiated upgrades inside the units, which has made a big difference.
The property is well-maintained, and the management team is friendly and approachable. I would like to highlight Gisele, the property manager, who has… been exceptional. She is professional, attentive to residents' concerns, and ensures that work orders are completed promptly. Gisele is always walking the property, which helps keep lines of communication open. She regularly sends out emails to inform residents about any issues or ongoing property maintenance, making sure we stay informed.
In my years living here, Gisele is the best property manager I have encountered. While every property has its challenges, it's the management's involvement with the community and its residents that truly makes a place feel like home. I have lived here almost 3 years and when I first moved in it was another company and they were fabulous about taking care of issues. This new company that has been here for about two and a half years is absolutely horrific and does not care about their tenants. In the last two and a half years I have put in a maintenance ticket about my AC at least 27 times and it still doesn't work properly so they finally agreed to replace it but they told me I have to wait like a week until they get the new… AC because they have to get corporates approval and then order it and then wait for it to get here and then have somebody put it in. On top of the fact that for dishwashers later and I still don't have a proper working dishwasher. I've had them come do my kitchen light a few times it still does not work properly.
