Vivir aquí es lo peor que me a pasado , no cumplen con lo que prometen pasillos sucios cobran 85$ de limpieza en los pasillos andan ratones ya que la basura no tiene tapadera , prometieron lavandería no la
Pusieron nunca , tuberías de baños podridas , así cómo la de los aires acondicionados, arreglan por encima , la persona que te contesta cuando llamas por un reclamo , cómo que le estuvieras pidiendo super malcriada , no recomendaría a nadie vivir aquí , no merece ni una estrella

Fue una mala experiencia vivir aquí
Cuando se presentaba algún problema en el apartamento la atención era poca o nada
Habían muchas cucarachas
Cuando me mudé dijeron que pronto instalarían la laundry y hasta el día de hoy creo que no la tiene
Entre otras cosas ,No los recomiendo!

My husband and I applied and met all the requirements and we still got denied without a valid reason. Paid $350 for the application and fees and we were told that wont be refunded. BEWARE!

Paid over $270 for their application fee for that nice one bedroom. When I arrived they tried to move into a efficiency filled with termites on the side of there main property. Beware of this company.

I just moved July 1, 2022 and still haven’t received a refund on my deposit. I left the property clean and they still tried to place a $150 claim against my refund. I asked them to show me proof of what they are talking about and no one ever responded with any. During the year I stayed at this place the A/c kept going out and sometimes would freeze over. There was several leaks causing water to sit underneath the tile. The roaches were really bad. The property manager requires the... tenant to take care of pest control, which is hard to do with neighbors who were not housekeeping well. The property has a new owner who increased the rent by $600 and basically refused to renew the existing tenants lease. The spent money on stainless steel when they should address pest, plumbing and outdated HVAC systems. Read More
