Hidden Gem

Great experience living at Villa Alicia.

I needed a month to month, furnished apartment, that allowed pets, after my house was flooded out and being repaired.
Villa Alicia to the rescue!!

The owner and property manager couldn't be nicer or more accommodating to deal with on any issue. The apartment is nicely furnished, the pool/pool area is clean, and the outside ground space is meticulously maintained.
It is a safe and secure environment.

Any issue that arises, whether it's changing a... light bulb, getting AC filters replaced or needing another frying pan is handled promptly and expeditiously by the owner and/or property manager.
.
The other tenants are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

If I wasn't moving back into my home, I'd continue to rent at Villa Alicia. Will definitely be recommending Villa Alicia to my family and friends as a place to rent when visiting from the north.

It's a hidden gem.
