Originally from Southern California, Chris relocated to Southwest Florida in 1994 and has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the market ever since. Dedicated to her community, she is a past president of the Cape Coral Charter School Foundation and remains committed to supporting local families and schools. Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys making the most of Southwest Florida’s waterfront lifestyle. She is an avid boater who loves wakeboarding, fishing, and skiing, and she also has a soft spot for animals—sharing her home with two dogs and a cat.
