PEST INFESTATION/ MOLD
I would not recommend this apartment complex. I have repeatedly reported a serious roach infestation in my unit, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been properly resolved. The problem continues even after pest control treatments. I clean daily, do not leave food out, and take every precaution on my end, yet the infestation persists.
In addition to the roach issue, I have also discovered mold growing in my apartment. This is extremely concerning due to the health risks associated... with mold exposure. I brought this to management’s attention, but instead of offering a safe solution, such as transferring me to a different unit, they refused.
It’s disappointing and frustrating to feel unheard when dealing with serious health and safety concerns. As a resident who pays rent, I expect a clean and habitable living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
