PEST INFESTATION/ MOLD

I would not recommend this apartment complex. I have repeatedly reported a serious roach infestation in my unit, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been properly resolved. The problem continues even after pest control treatments. I clean daily, do not leave food out, and take every precaution on my end, yet the infestation persists.

In addition to the roach issue, I have also discovered mold growing in my apartment. This is extremely concerning due to the health risks associated… with mold exposure. I brought this to management’s attention, but instead of offering a safe solution, such as transferring me to a different unit, they refused.

It’s disappointing and frustrating to feel unheard when dealing with serious health and safety concerns. As a resident who pays rent, I expect a clean and habitable living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

Our team takes all reports seriously and responds by coordinating professional pest control… services and investigating any maintenance concerns that are reported. Pest management can require ongoing treatments, and we encourage residents to continue communicating with the office so concerns can be monitored and addressed appropriately.

Regarding your additional concerns, requests such as unit transfers are reviewed based on availability and in accordance with community policies.

We value our residents and strive to provide a safe and comfortable living environment. We encourage you to contact the management office directly so we can review your concerns further and work toward a resolution.

Great place to live!

I love my apartment. We've been here 2 years.
The staff is excellent. Shopping couldn't be more convenient. Everything you could possibly need is a half mile or less away. Only 20 minutes from the beach!

Great place!!

Clean, updated, well managed apartments. Located right near a ton of shopping. Staffed with friendly professional employees, that have always been available, and were able to help when I needed it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is heaven sent, no problems, it’s quiet, beautiful, affordable, and so relaxing. Staff is always efficient and very friendly, their communication is top tier ! I would most definitely recommend this place to any one as I already have !! Amenities are great too if I do say so as well !
