Since relocating from North Carolina, Echo has become like family to me and offers excellent amenities. However, the maintenance of these communities, including the quality and screening procedures for residents in multigenerational family units, needs thorough evaluation. Additionally, there should be more consistent cleaning of common areas such as interior hallways, stairwells, and elevator spaces, with a regular schedule to ensure hygiene and safety. Resident responsibilities should be… emphasized, especially regarding pet waste, by implementing clear guidelines and ensuring pets are properly cared for and waste is promptly cleaned up. Moreover, organizing more community events outside standard hours, such as evening socials and weekend gatherings, would encourage greater resident participation and strengthen community bonds. Increasing the utilization of community resources, like vouchers for rent or professional cleaning services, as well as offering community discounts at local coffee shops, retail stores, and other neighborhood businesses, would further enhance residents’ quality of life and foster a sense of neighborhood support
