Horrible place

pool is dirty. Apartment full off cockroaches. Molding every where and the management dosnt care. Do not move here!

Rude management team

The area is nice but the office management are rude and disrespectful. They are so quick to judge everyone in negative ways. Management gets rated 1 poor. Apartments rated 8.

Fancy layout, 5-min from everywhere, at affordable price!

This modern apartment is diamond among the rough. Each unit is rather spacious built with fresh materials. Floor plans were made to cater modern tastes. Each building looks like it was built in the last decade. There is a small park at the center of property complete with a volleyball court, children's jungle gym, a fenced-in lake, gazebo, and barbecue pit. The property is located 2-min away from the local State College, 5-min away from the local mall, 2-min away from a Sam's Club and Best Buy,... 5-min away from local shopping outlet and theater. There's no shortage of commercial business, restaurants, conveniences, and entertainment. This apartment is the ideal place for a student!

Beautiful place - great location!

Saw this property on line while looking for a place in Fort Myers. Wasn't sure if I'd be relocating permanently but at least wanted something for the winter. Stopped in without any appointment when I saw how beautiful the place was. They graciously took the time to visit with me and show me around. Unfortunately, there was nothing available that fit my needs or timeframe. Loved the place and people though - would have moved right in if possible!

Unprofessional

These people are unprofessional in every way possible. They do not have time for the concerns and complaints of their tenants and they will feed you lies to get you to leave them alone. They do not care about the tenants what so ever. They are blatantly disrespectful and hide behind a calm tone to justify what they're saying. In order for you to have any results you have to call corporate. And after you do that, they throw in your face things they think you've SUPPOSEDLY done wrong to make them... seem like YOU'RE the bad guy. They don't make time to resolve tenant issues or complaints UNTIL you call corporate (which to me is inexcusable because now rather than solving the matter willingly they need to be forced by their bosses to do so). So if you don't mind living under people who could care less about you, then go ahead and sign up.
