My experience has been good so far just a few issues with the wifi and our units ac but maintenance has been very responsive and helpful! I also appreciate university village communication with everything and all of the changes.

As a resident, the staff has always treated me amazing and they are so kind. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have never had any issues and would recommend being a resident here to anyone. 10/10 staff community!

"10/10 — I absolutely love living in University Village! It’s such a convenient and comfortable place, especially for students at FGCU. The location is perfect — just minutes from campus, which makes getting to class super easy. The community is clean, safe, and full of great amenities like study areas, a pool, and plenty of places to eat and hang out. It really creates the ideal environment for both studying and relaxing. I couldn’t imagine a better place to live during my time at FGCU!"

This location to the campus, restaurants and stores it’s perfect. They just power washed the stair wells and it looks really clean. Great pool and workout facility. Would given 5 starts but rent is getting really high and WiFi needs some help.

Love living at University Village. The location is perfect and close to everything. Just wish could get the WiFi issues under control. Besides that, the pool is amazing and the work out room is kept clean.
