Usually very polite staff but communications could be more clear via email about what is going on in the community including both social events and maintenance tasks like fire alarm testing or pressure washing the outside.

The apartment is very nice. I am subletting and it was clean and roomyy. i have great access to the pool and gym that accomidate me with everything i need to stay fit and have fun. The ac kicks at night so the heat isnt disturbing me. great veiw from the back too. Ive never lived in such a nice place to be honest.

Love the location.

Rent is getting out of control especially since WiFi is constantly an issue.
The stairwells really need to be cleaned up. Could not hurt for there to be swept every week.
