Rough start but got much better. Staff is nice, area is nice, apartment is nice. Maintenance is good. I’ve had an issue with a package getting lost but other than that it has been fine. Monthly cost is a bit much for what it is and trash forgets us sometimes.

I have loved living here, the location to school and shopping is a bonus. It's well taken care of and maintenance is quick to come fix issues. Rent is getting out of control which is why I gave it 4 stars. It is the reason we are not resigning next year.

I have been a resident for almost 3 years and have loved living here. I gave it 4 stars only because they cannot seem to get the internet consistent and the rent is getting a little high.

Everyone has been extremely helpful with my move in and the maintenance guys are amazing and came right away when I told them I wanted touch up paint.
