Perfect location

Being able to walk everywhere downtown has been amazing . The team is always helpful and friendly when we walk by or have any questions . So happy we moved in

Inefficient management

They have only responded, for nearly everything, that they would get to it by end of day and have not. If you show up in the office to follow-up, it’s the same story.

Beautiful but overwhelming problems

The outside doors are consistently unlocked (don't shut or propped open). The coffee machine is consistently not working and noise is significant enough to deprive one of sleep. The valet trash does not get regularly pick up, so the carpets in the hallways are stained and smell from the valet trash. These would all be easily taken care of if the management would consistently respond which is the worst part. Management, when they actually respond, gives excuses instead of proactively seeking... solutions to ensure resident satisfaction. Ultimately, it's a beautiful property but not built or managed well.
