Horrible experience
After we came for a tour, we were very excited to move into this beautiful apartment! However, after we applied, the staff became very pushy. They told us we needed to sign the lease “today” or immediately after it was sent out. We felt pressured. There was also wording on the lease we did not like. After confronting the staff (like Heidi), they became non responsive and rude. We had to call Lynda from corporate. She was accommodating and tried to fix the issue. We are waiting for part of our... refund to come back and when we call to ask about it, we don’t hear from anyone for a week and even got hung up on by Chelsea. I hope no one else has to go through this. If I could give 0 stars I would
