The overall appearance and the maintenance crew is top notch. Any concerns I have had with my apartment have been addressed and handled well.
I am not happy with the swimming pool situation. Unacceptable under any circumstances. Closed more than available for use.. Pools in Florida are a very important amenity..

I’m very happy living here. It’s quiet. There’s never any problems over on the side where I’m at, and the amenities are great and they are taken care of.
