It's situated between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, with the beach a 2-minute walk away. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is a 10-15 minute drive to Destin, with restaurants and bars nearby.
Smoking is not allowed in or near the condo, including the walkway. Pets are not allowed. Check-out time is 11 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out and a $25 fee for each extended hour if approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests agree to pay for any damage to the property. Host or agent may enter the property at any time in case of emergency, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host is not liable for personal items left behind.
