This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar white warm sandy beach and the intercoastal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two in the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes to Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants and bars.
