This quiet neighborhood is full of locals and tucked in between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar white warm sandy beach and the intercoastal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two in the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes to Destin depending on traffic. This neighborhood is located near restaurants and bars.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Okaloosa Island has a noise ordinance in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, so please be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
