Management Unreachable
Despite the promises of more staff, I have gone from rarely reaching the leasing office to radio silence. In fact, they were meant to change to a new leasing portal on 10/24. The old portal has been down since 10/11 and they only gave us 4 day advance notice to pay our rent before then. I had to call a sister property to get an answer about the portal issues, and I was told it would be up no later than 10/28, else we would receive communication from the leasing office on 10/29. No emails, no… calls, there has been absolutely zero information given. And now the leasing office neither answers the phone nor returns calls.
