The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice.

Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
