There are two distinct living areas: a family room with leather reclining couches and a flat-screen TV, and an additional lounge area that opens onto the patio. Enjoy free access to the community water park, complete with a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, and cabanas, plus a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and a full suite of golf and tennis facilities.
Enjoy the private backyard pool with optional heat and loungers. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout and For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway, and (1) car may park on the street in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
