There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Guests must provide written notification and host approval for pets, specifying breed and weight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
