Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with excessive noise to be kept to a minimum during this time. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. The home is a self-catering property, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap per bathroom; detergent pods for up to two loads of laundry; one paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
