Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway, and 1 vehicle may park in the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
