Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and 1 vehicle may park in the street. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
