Wonderful Quiet Community

We love it here! The Property Manager Gena Gray is a pleasure to deal with. Plus the maintenance team of Mike and Howard, also great to deal with, quickly respond to submitted requests regardless how small it may be.

We highly recommend Portofino at Championsgate!

AMAZING NEIGHBORHOOD AND MANAGEMENT

This is a great community very quiet and very well maintained. The units are very clean and management takes amazing care of residents. Amanda and JB make it amazing and always there for anything you need!

Little Italian Oasis

The design is perfect for the name. Each separate building looks like what would be in Italy and the streets give you a community feel. Pet friendly, beautifully appointed apartments with granite countertops, garages, balconies, and fireplaces; a resort style pool and jacuzzi; workout room; and a clubhouse with multiple TV’s! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, and surrounded by a lake and award winning golf course, and only a few miles from all the fun attractions of the area!
