Nothing Luxury About This Apartment Complex
Don't let the "luxury" apartments fool you. There is nothing luxury about this complex. The gates are constantly broken, letting anyone enter. Inside, nothing felt installed correctly. Door knobs fell off, the bedroom barn door was unaligned, the office door did not close correctly, light bulbs went out, the A/C had issues, the dryer shook violently, and the fridge barely kept food cold.
We had a roof leak that caused mold in the office. We submitted a service request, went to the leasing... office, and were told maintenance would come the next morning. No one showed. After we went back and begged for someone to look at it, all they did was clean the area. We had to call every time for updates and eventually moved out because nothing progressed.
The breezeways were a disaster, trash was everywhere, and the compactor was usually packed full. Management was inconsistent, and there was yelling at all hours.
These issues could be fixed, but residents should not have to beg for repairs. For luxury prices, this place should be maintained from the beginning. I would not recommend it.
