Aqua at Windmeadows

This review is based on my family’s firsthand experience.
During the tenancy, the apartment experienced a fire. After the fire, the maintenance supervisor removed the smoke detectors from the apartment. They remained off for approximately two weeks before being reinstalled. During that time, the smoke detectors were left sitting on the coffee table rather than being mounted.
The apartment also flooded four separate times. Aside from fans being brought in after the first flood, we did not observe... what we believed to be adequate remediation of the water damage.
The plumbing problems were ongoing throughout the tenancy and were never permanently resolved.
Because of the repeated issues, we chose to terminate the lease early. After moving out, my security deposit was withheld for carpet cleaning and painting.
Based on my experience, We cannot recommend Aqua at WindMeadows to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained place to live. Read More

Water is oozing out of the floor and wall, and after repeated requests for repair, the office just marks my repairs as resolved without ever sending anybody into my apartment. The floors have a constant half inch of water on them!! They know how bad it is as maintenance did come in after the first request. Water is literally oozing out of the carpet and vinyl flooring, and wall. We have cameras in the apartment and know that no one has even entered my apartment since that first time... themaintenance man came in, but they keep marking my requests for repair as resolved and even deleting my comments on the closed tickets when I say it is definitely NOT resolved. My family and I received outstanding customer service from Ms. T. Thomas from the moment we walked in till the time we left. The tour of the apartments' and amenities was on point. All of our questions we had were answered and the information provide was very useful. The place and staff seemed to be friendly, helpful, and safe! Awesome experience, thank!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! We moved out in June 2022 and still have not heard anything about our security deposit. Have been calling and emailing them multiple times about our security deposit and no one picks up the phone or email back.. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !!!!!!!!

They may have some nice reviews from current residents ...but wait they they move out.. They just take your money

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed living here for the past year. There have been some issues with our maintenance (e.g., AC breaking a couple of times) and with the resident portal (e.g., it being down for much longer than expected for updating), but the staff are really responsive and understanding to any issues. I'm particularly grateful to Avery who's helped us with our AC and has been especially responsive and friendly, even when he had to help us while he was on call on a Saturday... afternoon. The location is great and the layout and interior of the apartment are perfect. The rent does go up quite a lot every year, so we may get priced out of staying, but I would generally recommend it.
