The worst place I've ever lived!

Do not get fooled by the fake 5 stars reviews. The office manager and the receptionist seems pretty nice over the phone but they will care less about resolving issues. It's incredible that it seems that they just go to work for their paycheck. Also, the carpet started smell bad after a week I moved in, a bad smell from the a.c. ventilation like dust all the time, everything is old in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

Nasty apartment! Old, smells bad, they jus did a little make up, pool is full of drunk people playing loud music etc

Best place in Gainesville

Liv apartments has been a great place to live. When we first moved in they were renovating all the units and we got a beautiful 2 bedroom with everything inside brand new. We felt like we were the first people to ever live in the apartment. They have also updated the pool deck and laundry room since we moved in. They are currently in the process of upgrading the office. The property was very nice when we moved in but we are glad to see the management is still making improvements.

my apartment

Ventura Apartments has a great and very helpful office staff. The apartments are large and very nice with stuff like ceiling fans and dishwashers. It is very pet friendly and has a really nice pool, tennis and racket ball courts. There are clean laundry facilities. It is situated on the bus line. There are biking and walking trails. It is near shopping and the University of Florida. Go Gators!! I really love being there.
