Terms and Rent Details:
- Application Fee: $40 per adult
- Security Deposit: $1,000
- Pet Policy:
- Cats allowed
- Small dogs allowed (with breed restrictions)

Great place to live!
Living in the luxury apartments in downtown Gainesville, Florida has been an exceptional experience. The attention to detail in design and amenities exceeded my expectations. From the interior to the stunning views, every aspect of my home is wonderful. The management's responsiveness and dedication to resident satisfaction contribute to a stress-free environment. Access to downtown adds a vibrant touch i wanted to stay connected too, while the intimate community spaces offer a retreat within… the urban setting. Overall, i love it here
