The ridge is an absolutely wonderful place. I reccomend it to anyone looking for a new opportunity in Gainesville. Its big pool deck as well as garages in most of the units makes it one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

The Ridge has amazing amenities and staff! The pool and gym amenities are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The spacious housing gives a great homey feel especially for college students away from their families

It’s pretty good. Maintenance could be a little better. The place was not clean when we moved in and there was spiders and spider webs in multiple places.
