Do not rent here
My honest advice: DO NOT rent here.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional rental experiences I have ever had. If you are reading these reviews before applying, please take this as a serious warning.
We initially visited the property and liked the place, so we decided to move forward. We completed the application in person and paid all the required fees. At that point, we thought everything was fine. However, after submitting the application, we received absolutely no... update from the leasing office.
We called multiple times and even went to the office in person several times to ask about the status of our application. Every time, we were told that “everything was fine” without anyone actually giving us a clear answer about whether we had been approved or whether our application had even been processed.
The reason we kept asking was simple: we needed to know whether we were approved so we could either move forward with this apartment or continue looking for another place. Instead, they left us waiting with no communication.
Then, almost a month later, someone from the office finally called me asking if we were still interested in renting there. I explained that we had already started looking for another apartment because we had never received any answer regarding our application.
That is when I was completely shocked. I was told that the leasing office had never even processed our application, but that they could process it and have it done in less than an hour.
So, let me understand this: we submitted our application, paid the required fees, followed up multiple times by phone and in person, were repeatedly told everything was fine, and then almost a month later we discovered that our application had never even been processed—something they said could have been done in under an hour.
At that point, I requested a refund of the money we paid, especially after they confirmed that nothing had actually been processed on their end. And now, another month has passed, I have gone back to the office multiple times, and I still have not received my money back.
The complete lack of communication, organization, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I understand that things can happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving someone waiting for a month without processing their application or even providing a proper update.
