Bad place to live in Miami

I've lived for 20+ years in Miami and this is the worst place. The "luxury" is just the looks. Most of the amenities do not work correctly, residents are rude, and HOA admins and staff are not qualified.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Toxic management

This place has become a 3rd world place run by incompetent management

Problems:
Water cuts and internet issues (Whole buildings not just one unit).
Entrance gates always broken.
Gym dirty.
Stairs dirty (spiderwebs, dirt and full of trash). They only clean the one that are showing, check the rest full of trash everywhere!
Pool trash bins overlfow on weekends.
Bathroom doors don't close. No soap or sanitatires most of the time.
Dog poop everywhere and management will harrass everyone that has a… dog!
Bunch of people have been served legal notices for everything, get a lawyer!
Pool BBQs are out of service for 2-3 months at a time.

terrible and dirty ammenities this is why they are always empty:
Soccer field's condition is terrible and full of holes.
Volleyball court does not have enough sand and is full of rocks.

Best Community in Hialeah Gardens

Inefficient and bad management

Inefficient and bad management. "Luxury" is a facade, this is a run down place full of dirt everywhere and bad management. Management is not qualified.
