What stands out most about Atlantico at Kendall is the customer service. Everyone in the office is helpful and genuinely cares about residents. The property always looks nice and there are plenty of community events. It's been such a positive expereince living here.

Smooth Move

Atlantico at Kendall feels like home. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location close to everything I need. Move in was smooth and easy. Definetely recommend it!

Great place

I've been living at Atlantico at Kendall for a few months now and honestly it's been a great experiance. The office staff is always friendly and quick to help whenever I have a question. The grounds are clean, the pool area is beautiful
