Amazing Property, Management, and Maintenance Services!

Living in Atlantico of Kendall has beenAmazing so far. From the moment you step onto the property, you’re greeted with beautifully maintained landscapes, modern architecture, and a warm sense of community.

The management team has always addressed my concerns and issues promptly. The maintenance team, Eduardo has even come after hours to fix a maintenance issue I had.
This complex and the staff are top notch.
I appreciate how they care for the residents and property.
