Isabel is amazing, and she does her best to improve the apartments!
I came from out of state, and I think I really lucked out choosing Las Brisas Gardens Apartments. My roommate made the experience uncomfortable for me, but it was all worth it in the end with how sweet, caring, and considerate Isabel was. She helped me find parking constantly, helped improve the in-unit amenities for everyone, added a dog park, benches, and tables, among other cool things to the areas around the apartments while I was there. Having an amazing landlord makes all the difference... for an apartment, and Isabel is truly beyond amazing! I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing
When looking for a one bedroom apartment in Hialeah. I looked at 6 different places but none had the same combination of good price, good amenities and location! As well as super sweet staff and beautiful renovated apartments! Pet friendly and super safe community! I am looking forward to a lease here!

No lo hagan!!!!
Do not rent here unless you want to be around noise at all times. No Parking space for guests ever!!!! My apartment got broken into not even 6 months after we moved in. No camera system. Security staff is always sitting in their car and nowhere to be found when needed. This is a horrible community.
