Though I’m grateful for the roof over my head, unfortunately I’ve had nothing but BAD experiences living here like for starters the construction on the left side of our building is torture! Every Morning Monday-Saturday constant noise, second the cars that pass by 59th Avenue I’m guessing the owners of the vehicles are 30 years and younger and their os NON STOP peeling out, extremely loud exhaust, reving and downshifting. You can HEAR everything!!!!! The neighborhood is over all okay and lastly... this building is right next to immigration, from Monday to Saturday the traffic is unbearable with constant honking from the government facility. I moved in July and I cannot wait to MOVE OUT! Good luck to anyone who is a future resident here. Also!! I was not allowed to the see the apartment before applying, I was told that was procedure and they couldn’t show me anything regarding the apartment until I was approved. Read More

A GREAT COMMUNITY WITH TONS OF CHILDREN AND GREAT PEOPLE. JUST WISH THERE WAS A PARK FOR THE CHILDREN LIVING THERE OTHER THAN THAT ITS AN AMAZING COMMUNITY.
