How Is This Rating Determined?

9/6/15

Don't do it

The building is old and poorly maintained. There's a pest problem.First my bathroom was infested with flies, then bees, then worms, and now ants. The landlord continuously calls tenants to complaint that the water bill is going up. He charges the first $100 of any repair made inside the apartment. You have to call more than once to get any repairs done. Parking is terrible. Only one spot per apartment no matter how many rooms. The landlord is arrogant and disrespectful.
