Mark Landing II Apartment Homes

Mark Landing 2 has been in Hobe Sound for many years but of all the communities it's the one most well kept with the most updates. The great things about the apartment are the ample storage room and attic. I was pretty shocked when I realized we didn't have to rent a unit for all of our musical equipment. Though the kitchen is pretty small with a few purchases you can add some extra counter space. The one bedroom feels a lot larger than it is because of the vaulted ceiling in the living room and... the layout. My main issue with the apartment is the lack of updated built in shelving, molding and the air conditioner box. The cabinets, molding, shelving and AC box are all an old brown color that makes the apartment feel dark and old. There's carpet in only one room, which is fine but also feels useless since there isn't any through the the rest of the unit. With a small fenced in yard are outside you do feel like you've got your own yard space. We covered our with a 10X10 pop up text for some extra shade. The community is quiet and maintained well. The tent is extremely affordable and maintenance is very easy to get a hold of. Overall I gave it 3 stars for its lack of needed modernization I throughout the unit. Read More
