Everything is great except the removal of the valet parking has been quite disruptive. Management has indicated that it’s temporary pending finding a new valet parking company. Meanwhile I have to accompany my guests to and from the garage which is pretty inconvenient. The outcome will determine my lease renewal decision.

Building is in a great location for food and fun. Downtown Hollywood offers many great restaurants and a place to hang with friends and family.

this is a beautiful place to live. the views and amenities are sensational. had an issue or 2 with scooters running thru lobby and kids using the lobby as personal playgrounds but that seems to have been eliminated. i am however disappointed that our wonderful valet service is no longer available. valet service is a luxury that i know i loved.

I’m so happy with my new apartment at 1818 Park Place! After a rocky start, both Kathy and Jennifer went above and beyond to turn things around. They showed true professionalism, patience, and kindness—even when I was being a bit difficult. Their support made all the difference.
Thanks to them, I’m now settled in and couldn’t be more excited to call this place home. Highly recommend 1818 Park Place if you’re looking for a team that truly... cares and follows through.
