I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the establishment. The building is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. The amenities are abundant, and the location is conveniently situated in the heart of Hollywood’s downtown area, providing easy access to all the necessary amenities. Overall, I would rate my experience as an 8 out of 9, and I highly recommend it.

Apartment is nice and the workers are as well. The only thing I’m not a fan of is my electricity bill being over $200 when I live in a suite. I’ve lived in a 1 bedroom townhouse and it never hit $200. If I keep getting electricity bills over $200 I’m not sure it’ll be worth living here.

A building is only as good as its maintenance team! Keenan and his staff are doing a SUPERB job! I would highly recommend 1818 to anyone!!

We recently moved into this building. Overall, the impression is good: the building is modern, and from the 19th floor there is a stunning view of the sunsets – definitely one of the main highlights here.
But there are some downsides. When we moved in, the apartment was very dirty, and we had to spend a lot of time and effort cleaning it. There is also a noticeable lack of shelves and storage space. The common hallways could be kept cleaner, and the parking spaces are very narrow, which makes... parking inconvenient.
Overall, the building is pleasant, and it’s comfortable to live here, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
